Retake the poly

I took the polygraph about 2 weeks ago.  The polygrapher told me he could not pass me and I should prepare to retake the poly again.  I have yet to hear from anyone.

How long does it typically take to retake?

More details need to be given for anyone to possibly be able to answer this at all
