The amount of time each dept keeps an application on file varies from dept. to dept.  But for the most part they are usually kept indefinitely and filed away.

However, I am almost 100% sure that even if they do have your application on file they will most definitely want you to fill out an entirely new one.  

Now that I have answered your questions, I am curious if you are asking if they have your application on file, because this time around you plan on omitting the fact that you used drugs.  If this is the case, then it is a very stupid move on your part.
