CIA Poly - DDO vs Rest of CIA

I am curious -- has anyone experienced different focus or approach for employment candidates for the Clandestine Service as compared with other CIA employment?  thanks.

Sorry -- been out of the country.  Well, for administrative positions, is the full scope as "full" as it might be for, for instance, Directorate of Operations candidates? Or do they process them all in the same fashion?

I think the CIA treats all applicants equally in the screening process regardless of your job or even the location within the agency.

Took a poly for CIA . They were very gracious, flew me in and paid for expenses.

The poly was a different story. I had spent a year in Europe at school. The examiner accused me of everything from being a spy to associating with known foreign terrorists. ... This was done by saying that something is wrong and you are not beinbg totally truthfull with us. They asked me to change my story and that I would feel better. This went on for hours. Then I was brought back a 2nd time with the same results..... I told them that I had nothing further to offer and that I was telling the truth. Of course the band was too tight and they walked out of their mirrored room for 20 minutes at a time. I finally got my tour of where I was to be.  I was told that you must stick to your story if it is the truth. Once you change you are dead!!!!!

I completely agree. Whatever you do, do not change the story. Also, any admissions not previously stated in the SF86 will caused examinees to fail the poly. Stick to your story guys.
