A polygraph "examiner" on one of the cable news stations yesterday was interviewed.  After reading this site its funny the perpective you when these guys are asked questions by the press and how they try to legitimize themselves.  During the interview the news ladys said "Polygraphs are not admissable in court:correct", to which he replied, "they are under stipulations" angry at the lady.  What a dumb remark, what he really meant is in some cases if both parties agree to the "polygraph". The newslady was also asking what did it mean when the girls uncles tested "inconclusive".  Is it me or does this really mean the polygraph is a copout in case they are found guilty.  They simply give a polygraph for such an important matter and its "inconclusive"????  What a sham.  I assume this really means he failed by the equipment but the examiners do not want to put their profession on the line.

Fox News' show 'On the Record With Greta Van Susteren' this evening (as most evenings since this happened) discussed the missing girl. I wish I had taken note of the fellow's name, but an FBI representative (I think retired) being interviewed made the incredible assertion that 100% of the people the FBI have polygraphed that have 'failed' the poly were guilty. 100%. This was in response to the observation that this Ricci fellow apparently DI'd his poly.

If anyone saw the show perhaps they can flesh it out, as I had it on in the background.
