what about this Other than what you have told me have you ever committed a undetected criminal offence>>>>>>
Control or not,  I would think if this was a control and a person did commit a undetected criminal offence  he would pass the poly if he was ignorent because he would have a reaction to the  control question would he not.........
alot of departments seem to focus on Drugs, Crimes and drinking do the not.

The questions you mention would be relevant, not "control" questions in the context of a pre-employment polygraph interrogation.
