How far back do they go?

I have a concern about the whole underage sex thing because both were 17 at the time of the event, but separate, but I never asked the age or made sure, all spur of the moment events. The 2 woman, now are in their mid 30s, but at the time, yes, I should've known better but both were result of being at a party , me being immature and a dumbass and anything went, type of situation. In fact Im quite embarrassed about it. The 2nd girl I ended up marrying anyways. The questions, do these both have to be convictions? Nothing has ever transpired and I had never given it much thought till now. Both events happened 15 and 18 years ago. I have not been to those types of parties since of course. Would that be considered an "undetected crime" ?
