Good Afternoon,

Last week I had my polygraph for a local law enforcement agency. After the exam there was no post test conducted. The examiner said he will forward my results to the BI and if he had any questions for me he has my contact information. Can I assume that I passed? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, the absence of a post-test interrogation is a strong indication that you passed.
