Has anyone heard of this guy or read his book? Any thoughts?

He claims the CM's listed on "many" websites are bogus and will be detected by any experinced polyigrapher. His book will tell you have to pass an employment PG everytime, as they are different from any criminal inv. PG.

His quote - "But before you read any further, let me tell you that this is not another one of those ridiculous "butt clenching" or "tack in the shoe" approaches to beating a polygraph that my competitors are selling for $50+. Those methods are antiquated and they just won't work with modern-day polygraph equipment."

Then here is his 1st bullet point to pitch his book -"How law enforcement agencies across the county use the polygraph to instill fear in us and how they use that fear to elicit information—knowing this secret alone will do wonders for your polygraph exam
      Learn the psychological theory behind the polygraph and the easy way to combat it—polygraph is based on an obscure psychological theory that was dug up out of obsolete psychology books. Learn this theory and the rationale behind it and you'll have the upper hand any time you face the polygraph

I have not read A.J. Phillips's book and had not heard of him before you posted here, but it is clear that some of the language on his website (www.passyourpolygraph.com) is cribbed from Doug Williams's website (www.polygraph.com).

It is the only one that doesn't teach outdated  "countermeasures" - this is not another one of those ridiculous "butt clenching" or "tack in the shoe" approaches to beating a polygraph that those frauds are teaching in their knock-off manuals - those methods are antiquated and they just won't work with modern-day polygraph equipment.
