Hello,

I recently took a polygraph, came up I was deceptive, didn't get the job.  Said I was showing deception on the questions of drug use, excessive use of force and the sex related questions.  I answered all questions truthfully, but I did not know the basis for the polygraph.  My job search was cut short, my former employer wrongfully terminated me, their attorney told them they needed to reinstate me immediately.  Somehow my old employer heard about my failed poly.  I am looking to sue my employer for a large amount of money.  My attorney now tells me my employer will use the failure if the case goes to court.  How can I address the failure in a civil court, play up to the jury.

Also, since I took my first poly, I have researched the polygraph and I have watched several.  I will probably have to take another to get the job that I want, how do I address my knowledge of the polygraph now?  How do I relax after knowing I have failed one already, will I be all nervous and the next one be worst than the first.  How do I proceed.
