I went in for my poly yesterday, and let me just say that the GUY DOING THE POLY was insane. This guy was aggressive, rude and an a**hole. He started off by mentioning " I don`t give a sh*t if you pass or not" then, he began to explain that he was an interrogator for the department. My understanding was that they should try to calm you down a bit before the exam by small talk and what not. Not this guy, he was on a mission to destroy.
I figured he was just playing a mind game, so I didn't play it and stuck to my guns. After finishing the exam he stated that I passed 15 out of 16 questions. This of coarse naturally surprised me because I had told the truth the whole time. He wanted me to change one of my answers and admit to something a have never done. I looked him dead in the eye and said " Sir I refuse to admit something that I have not done. I have been truthful and you can test me several times, but I am going to stick with my story."
At that time he turned up the heat and started to call me a cocky son of a bitch.   That shocked the hell out of me;  He then took out a paper and told me to write a statement and way I failed that question. I walked out of there thinking this guy was insane or he just was playing his game. I have heard of people getting reamed like that but I cant understand why. I just hope that I passed the exam without any snags because of an unprofessional representative from the Department.

If you fail the test and don't sue this guy, then you don't deserve to be a cop. I don't know why you would let him abuse you that way. He called you a son of a bitch and you left and he's still standing!!! Anyone who curses my mother, and she has long passed on, will be in a prone position very quickly. I don't care if he is a cop. With me it's an automatic reaction.

Report him to his Chief.  Glendale has a habit of making mistakes like this, his chief will review the audio/video and he will have problems, you will be afforded another chance I believe also.  REPORT HIM
