Recently I read a thread on these boards in which an external link to a document (I believe associated with a Missouri law enforcement organization) was given. This document was a wonderful legally binding form that, when signed by the polygrapher, would preclude the use of damaging admissions by the testee for criminal prosecution. If this rings a bell with anyone I would appreciate the link again. Thank you,

I think you maybe talking MULE. It's an organization representing law enforcement in Missouri. I remember seeing it on this site, I believe, but don't remember where. If my recollection is accurate, it is a contract preventing employment polygraph results to be used in a criminal investigation. This document is to be presented to the polygrapher. If the polygrapher won't sign it, then the officer refuses to take the exam.

I wish I could help you more.
