I just submitted to mt B.I yesterday. I dont have anything on my record except a few things when i was a minor. I was told by one individual that your juvenile record gets sealed once you turn 18 and they wont see things like that. ? is this true. I dont think so..

Also if you are convicted of something and then later you go to court to have the charge ""Expunged"" will it show up on a BI?????

Full name

Maybe it will show up or maybe not.  I believe that it will show up as an arrest on the FBI computers, but the conviction may not.  I think you would be best off just admitting the wrongs of the past.  If you admit to it, it shows that you are mature enough to face your wrongs.  If you hide it and they find out, you are disqualified forsure and they kind if disqualifacation may haunt you every time you try to pass a background in the future.

As far as the arrest(s) go, I think they will show up no matter what the outcome was; however, the conviction should not show up because of the expungment.
