Were CVSA Examiners trained by NITV Federal Services LLC Duped by training methods, and in conflict with existing standards?

Obtain a copy of the Book " DUPED " which is available on Amazon and other sellers.  Numerous references to the CVSA and NITV Federal Services in regards to false confessions.  This only applies to the CVSA as no other references were cited.
Recent settled lawsuit in the State of Arkansas as a feature article on this AP site as more than one example.

Another example that did not result in a lawsuit and that was worse happened in Cedar City Utah.  Note the comment made by Jim Wygant.  He also published an article on the NACVSA and the questionable activities regarding that organization.

Surprising was no lawsuit was filed as NITV has been sued many times over this.

NITV does not go with the John Reid Method or Wicklander Zulaski methods.  Neither references or links  to NITV Federal Services LLC on their websites recommending the CVSA.

When you move away from standards is when you get in trouble, regarding what profession it might be.

NITV has opted to use the AIS system which is a company they appear to control in Canada.  Called the Analytical Interview System.

With the future of NITV in doubt, municipalities may start having to pay out massive adjustments to settle cases.  There is no excuse to not know that NITV, and all other forms of "lie detection" is pseudoscience.
