so long story short i am on probation and i failed 3 ua's, although i havent used in almost a year so the courts are trying the revoke my prob. my atty. advised me to get a polygraph test. a few weeks ago i went in their and took it and it came up inconclusive, then i was directed to return back to take a 2nd polygraph test to obtain conclusive results. well it came up inconclusive once again. the polygrapher told me thats the only time in his career that happened?? im confused can someone let me know how it could do that twice?

I have two suggestions:

1. Get another attorney. Any attorney that suggests a polygraph either don't know the fallacies of the polygraph or just don't know any better.

2. Demand that another lab or entity to do the tets on your UA's. Sounds like you PO is trying revoke your probation any way that he/she can. Happened to my grandson and with my legal knowledge (I'm not a lawyer) we are winning. This is after three lawyers told me there's nothing that can be done so forget it. That's not my style. After he gets out, I am filing a state tort claim plus a federal complaint for him to file as a pro se litigant.
