Kevin Fox case on TV last night

It was on ABC show last night.  Did you see it?

I only saw part of it.  There was a polygraph operator claiming that in this case, the polygraph was not accurate because the suspect had been subject to extensive interrogation BEFORE being polygraphed.  

NEWS FLASH:  The polygraph IS an INTERROGATION!
