1.      Can information gathered in a background investigation be used to prosecute you?
2.      Do they investigate anything before age 18?
3.      Is 180 days the maximum time to get a Top Secret clearance?
4.      I have lived in another country for 11 years. How to interview my contacts who may not understand English? And how would they conduct the investigation in such a situation>
5.      How "bad" would a person have to be before he would be rejected for a Top Secret clearance?
6.      How is the procedure different for investigating a Secret clearance (NCLAC), as opposed to a Top Secret clearance (SSBI?)
7.      What questions are covered in the personal interviews?
8.      What happens if you fail an SSBI or similar investigation? Are you barred from federal employment in the future? Are there any negative consequences as a result of failing?
9.      What percentage of applicants for a clearance are usually granted? Like........70%?
