I work for the state of arkansas and have taken a polygraph and DID tell the truth, but was told it showed extreme deception. I am not a betting man but bet they will try and terminate me over this. Do I have a case and how will this stand up in court with the only evidence they have is a polygraph test. Everyone says dont change your story and I tell them there is nothing to change!!! Someone help please!!!

You didn't say what division of the state for which you work and it may not be good to say on this thread. If you work for the state police, it could get a little tough. However, if they fire you or demote you, you can take your case before the National Labor Relations Board and include the NAS report on the polygraph which is available to download and copy from this website. Also George and Gino, when they read your post, can load you up with info (like "Tremor in the Blood" by Dr Lyken(?) proving that the polygraph can't accurately detect lies, that can greatly enhance you case.

If you are fired or demoted, and you are willing to go all out and fight for your job and integrity, you can PM me from this site and I will tell you how you can make them wish they hadn't done it.

Twoblock is correct.  Are you to be vested in your pension soon?  Are you to receive a promotion that others desire?
