I posted my story under the "Share Your Experiences" board.    My question here is:  if I took a plea agreement that involved me accepting a lesser charge that involved alleged victim A is it lawfull for the judge, PO, and/ or therapist to give me poly testing on anything else than that?  The conditions of probation say I have to go to SO therapy and I understand that includes a poly.  I have passed all poly's that have to do with the alleged accusation and all references to the alleged victim.  Now I have failed one that entails me "exposing" myself to a minor.  Outside of these accusations when I was 23 I was dating and living with a 17 year old girl.  We had a child together and are still friends.  So I guess, technically, I lied about that because I answered NO to all the questions on the poly test.  To me this seems like a violation of my 5th amendment rights and this failing of the test is keeping me from being successfull in their eyes at SO therapy.  This in turn is causing me to be away from my family because one of the conditions of my probation is for us to complete a chaperone program before I am allowed around my children.  The therapist will not approve us of completing the chaperone program because I am "hiding" something.

in order to be in compliance with your treatment you need to disclose all of your sexual history, including that with the 17 year old minor.  yes, it's fucked up how they probe your brain and privacy is a myth, but you jump through the hoops, they give you more leash.
