Failed! is there a grievance procedure

I took an entrance poly for a firefigher position.  Before going in I read the info on this site and others.  The examiner said that I failed the portion of the test related to drugs.  What can I do now? Is there a way to have the test results independently analized?

The appeal process available to you will depend on your local agency, and the state and local laws and administrative rules that apply to it.
