In the 9 October 2004 issue of The Relevant Issue, Ralph Hilliard reports the recent death of Raymond J. Latimer:

Raymond was a retired NYC Police Officer and a
polygraphist for over 20 years. He was a member of the
American Polygraph Association & American Association of
Police Polygraphists.

Mr. Latimer was also an occasional poster to the AntiPolygraph.org message board.
