questions on poly testing!

I dont know when my test will be yet but I am trying to get as much info as possible... OK I am on an antidepressant. I have another that I take if I am over upset or stressed. I can take a couple if I need to to help that!. Should I take a couple before my test to help me relax or do you think that will not help me out? What are the easiest ways to pass the poly? I have been reading the threads here and telling the truth dont seem to mean you will pass. I want all the help I can get in advance! Thanks

If you intend to employ coutermeasures, that process may not work as well if you are too 'relaxed' to use them.
