Ok I know this may seem like a strange question but what exactly does the term "puker" your anus mean?

I assumed it to mean like you were trying to fart (sorry about the graphic image) but that seems to tense up my abdomen, and as I read there is a sensor around my abdomen that might pick it up.

or

Does it mean to recrate the sensation of having a hanging poop and you have to cut it off in the bathroom by tightening your anus muscle?

I know these seem off the wall questions, but I want to get it right and these are serious concerns of mine.

Thanks

It would more approach the latter characterization. In my polygraph interrogation, several times I contracted my sphincter muscle so hard that there was a sympathetic contraction of the lower abdominal muscles-- not necessarily a bad thing as it shallowed out my breathing pattern slightly. Don't overdo the sphincter contractions in terms of intensity-- even a mild contraction will spike your blood pressure markedly.
