I got a generic "sorry, theres better qualified applicants" letter.

It wasnt until i filed a freedom of information act request that I found out why.

Going through this process, is a candidate supposed to receive a SOR if they are denied a clearance for ANY reason (i.e., failed poly, failed bi check, etc).

I'm assuming if you "get" the clearance, they give you whatever credentials you need. . . there is not a "welcome to the world of TS" letter that you will receive.

In limbo land and wondering if a piece of paper will ever come my way that finalizes this one way or the other. . .
