QuoteHey, nonombre, I passed all my polygraph tests with the CIA before they caught me spying for the Soviets!
What good is a test if it can't uncover spies?

Quote from: marko1975 on Jan 05, 2008, 06:54 PMYou have violated your oath.Actually the polygrapher was violating it as well. You and I both know that the polygrapher lies to the subject. "It is important that we are both truthful with each other." what a bunch of BS
If you have done what you say you have done I hope they weed your traitorous behind out in training before somebody makes the mistake of trusting you with something important.
Of course this is just one man's opinion.

Quote from: marko1975 on Jan 04, 2008, 07:57 PMsee thats the point i didn't fail the test based on the answers given during the in phase exam. he changed his tune over the past few days and it went from inconclusive to a fail because i didn't disclose all my personal info to him. he is a liar and a fraud. you must be a polygraph examiner aren't you ?
how does it feel to have to go to school to be taught to deceive when it comes to people lives and careers. you people are the frauds. all that matters is that i passed the questions answered, which he said i did. he is basing this fail on me not disclosing certain info to him during the pre-test interview.
im not saying this site helped or caused me to fail. but ive taken two of these tests and weather i used cm's or not i didn't pass. doesn't matter anyhow no one will ever see it, thats how USELESS they are in the court system.
Quote from: marko1975 on Jan 04, 2008, 07:32 PMWhat else should I say You have said it all. You used countermeasures and failed your test. If The lie behind the Lie Detector contained the truth, You should have passed.
Why do you blame the polygrapher when It was Mr. Mashke who taught you the techniques that didn't work for you? Mr. Mashke will probably just say you didn't do it right.
Don't hold yourself responsible all you did was lie and cheat. Don't Hold Mr. Mashke responsible. he just taught you how to lie and cheat.
Instead hold the polygrapher responsible even though all he did was catch you lying and cheating.

Quote from: marko1975 on Jan 04, 2008, 03:03 PMi now know how much of a joke these damn tests are. it sickens me that i payed this private polygrapher $$ and all he did was lie and deceive me from start to finish. today he calls me and says well not based on the test, but based on the report i finally received from your lawyer i have to say you have been deceptive to me. so i have to all the sudden deem it a failure. he asked me initially if i had ever been in a mental hospital, i said no. he asked me if i have ever had a polygraph before, i said no. well both were a lie but those questions weren't even asked during the test at all. i think he has been screwing with me from the get go. he had the report from my lawyer or he wouldn't of proceeded with the test.
so basically what i gather from him is he's calling me a liar now, but the test didn't show i lied at all. i think i had a perfect test and he knew i used countermeasures during it. i never lied with the answers i gave him. he's just mad i know about the test from start to finish. now he says he wont even re-test me when just the other day he said he would. he was rude and still trying to get me to confess to being dishonest to him over the phone.
im searching fro a new lawyer, one who doesn't mention these voodoo tests anymore. im tired of being screwed around and lied to by people who are suppose to be working for me. this examiner is a joke and a horrible excuse for a human being as far as im concerned. they want you to be honest with them, but they lie to you from start to finish. he even said i didn't fail because of the test per say, but because of conflicting reports. i shouldn't have to tell this guy every aspect of my personal life that doesn't relate to the matter at hand. i told the truth to him during the test plain and simple and thats all that matters. i will NEVER AGAIN take another one of these ridiculous tests.
Quote from: marko1975 on Jan 03, 2008, 01:30 PMi recently had my polygraph and i think it went very well, i used the countermeasures during control questions and remained calm during all others. the entire exam from start to finish was word by word textbook after reading the lie behind the polygraph from this site. i almost laughed out loud several times.

Quote from: marko1975 on Jan 03, 2008, 09:58 PMi dunno if its lying per say. both my attorneys said if the test didn't come out well, they would just tell her i didn't take one. no im not related to them at all.
