According to the instructions those questions are a "Pre-employment Polygraph Suitability, Reliability and Security Interview Applicant Questionnaire", not the actual polygraph format.  The control questions come during the test.  (If you get past this questionnaire. ;))

That's quite a lot of questions.  Until someone more knowledgeble answers up, it is my understanding that all these questions will not be asked on the actual exam, only a smattering.  How they choose what questions to ask, I have no idea.  In the actual exam, they will ask some other control questions.

I found it interesting that it apparently is okay to have sex with 14 year old childred in Canada.

 Here is the list of questions they ask you for the rcmp applicants poly...  they say this is ALL of the questions that they ask you and there are no suprises...     so which are the controls?
