Never short pay a hooker. They have a direct hotline to the Feds.

- Apr 24, 2007, 02:45 PMHow do you know that the polygrapher put this in his report? Have you obtained a copy of it? If not, you might consider consulting a lawyer regarding what options you have 1) to obtain your polygraph record (which will be governed by state law, assuming this was not a federal agency) and 2) to correct any misinformation in it.
In many places (if not most), polygraphers receive their performance ratings based, at least in part, on admissions obtained, and some are not above polishing their own apple by embellishing or even fabricating admissions.
