I believe that the scope of the polygraph interrogation (full-scope/lifestyle or counterintelligence-scope) will depend on the agency that granted the clearance. The CIA and NSA generally conduct full-scope polygraph examinations of employees, while the Department of Defense conducts counterintelligence-scope polygraph screening.

Does anyone know the type of poly (CI, Full Scope etc.) used in the periodic (5-year) reinvestigation for someone with a TS/SCI?  

I just need to know what to expect.  Thanks.
