The polygrapher who extracted the false confession from Abdallah Higazy is FBI Special Agent Michael Templeton. His conduct brings shame not only on himself, but on the FBI and Department of Justice, which respectively sanctioned and whitewashed it. Approaching the 5th anniversary of this infamous attack, let us not forget the polygraph-induced false confession of Abdallah Higazy.

How many resources were unnecessarily expended in this whole fiasco?  Resources that could have been used pursuing legitimate leads.  Shame on the polygrapher who pressured Higazy into his false confession.
