However, the following post by "fritopie" was posted from the same IP address as the forgery by "Adminstrator":

Mr. Russell's conduct on this message board casts serious doubt on these claims.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety Sex Offender Database, Mr. Gordon Day raped a fourteen year little girl and is considered a HIGH RISK for re-offense. His picture is not yet available.

Don't waste your time. The TPEB is like every other state polygraph board. They protect the poly operator. DeLucca (? spell) is no different.

- Feb 12, 2006, 03:37 AMYou should contact the Texas Polygraph Examiners Board and file a complaint. It will be checked out and if he did an improper examination, he will be fined, warned and his license can be suspended. All examinations in Texas on Convicted Sex Offenders are supposed to be audio or video taped in accordance with APA standards and the testing standards of Texas. They are located in Austin Texas and you can pull up their telephone and address on the internet by typing in Texas Polygraph Examiners Board. This should be reported, there will be not action against you by the board or the parole.probation officers.

All my exams were conducted by examiners who acted very professional.
Not Ron Russell. A little bald headed, arrogant, cocky, odd looking person who began reviewing questions with me and after doing so, started telling me he thought I was sexually aroused by the test questions.
This man is extremely unprofessional and comes across as a 24 karat dunce. It's clear he hasn't been doing this for long. He's very insecure and actually defensive when asking questions. Clearly, the man has no experience in this field.

My probation officer was given an annonymous tip that I had contacted my victim via phone. I did not in anyway shape or form try contacting this person. I knew at this point in time I should have nothing to worry about when it comes down to the end result.

I went in for the test and was charged the amount of $206.00.

When he went over the information about the procedure prior to poly testing. He sounded exactly like "word for word" of what you read in chapter 3 of the "Lie behind the test" book. I was amazed at his study of this passage.
I was placed in the chair. BP cuff, Upper chest & Abdominal Strap, 2 finger clips and a ass pad(there was a black mat on top of the chair that was attached to the computer, my guess is that it monitored sweat).
I was asked 3 relative questions, 3 control questions and 4 irrelevant questions.
I did not lie on any of the 10 questions. Everything was truthful. He said I was closer to a passing grade because the numbers were closer to a passing but not over the threshold.
I will wait 30 days and re-test for free. I hope I can better study the Book in order to pass this test because I would like to show good progression in probation so that I may exit early.
