I think that you are better off asking similar questions over on forums911.

But you're in luck - I asked that question during my phase I.  If both are serving in the agent position, they couldn't work in the same office.  I think nearby offices, but I"m not sure.

Here is a question that I have not seen posted. If my wife wants to apply for a job in the same unit that I applied for in the fbi, is there anything that states they will not hire husband/wife in same unit?
