Just wanted to let everyone know the latest.  Almost 5 months later the cop has came to my house but I was not home and left her business card.  So i emailed her and she is still hounding me wanting to know if i will take it.. I just told her in my last email that I was not gonna take it and asked her what will happen if I refuse to take it.
Any ideas what they can do if i refuse it.

I am supprised you got the call after so much time has passed. Just shows that they have no evidence against you and are trying to trap you. Just do as you have been instructed and you'll be ok. Your integrity is worth more than a 50/50 guess. As I have told you, if they want to push the case, they will have to appoint you an attorney.

Angel,

Odds are you won't even hear from them. Especially since you know their  little CVSA is a scam. Again good going on finding this site. Its great to know it helped. Make sure you spread the word.

Look man, its exactly right when they told you that if they had anyting on you, they wouldn't be asking you to take the cvsa. And again right, that if you passed, they would still be on you because they know it doesn't prove anything. Tell them it is beneath you. Tell them to either charge you or get the hell out of your face. Then don't even think about it again.

Keep notes of your conversations (direct quotes, etc.) with the police and company personel. Date and time. Detailed notes are very important if one has to go to court.

I didn't know Arkansas employed the CVSA. I thought they were strictly polygraph. Doesn't supprise though. A lot of people there believe in magic.

You can email me from this website any time. I might be able to help you find a pro bono lawyer if needed. Arkansas is my home state. Haven't lived there since college but visit often.

Let us know the outcome.
