Thank you for your quick response.  This discussion thread is very dated and has only a small number of agencies.  I have been unsuccessful finding a list on the web either.  I think it would be very interesting for someone to compile a list of agencies that do not use poly and compare the rate of complaints and corruption with those that do use poly as a pre-employment tool.  Thanks again.

I am very interested in becoming a law enforcement officer at any level.....state, county, city or even federal.  In doing my research about the hiring process I discovered that many agencies poly.  In order to be prepared I did some research on the poly and ended up at this site.  I am now very nervous about taking the test as it seems as if you fail one your career may never get off the ground.  I was wondering if there was a resource here or on the web that listed all agencies that do not use the poly as part of the pre-employment process.  (I used the search tool in the forums but was unable to find any list here.  Sorry if this question has been posed before)  Thanks in advance for your help.
