As for the questions you listed, three would most likely be "control" questions if asked during the "in-test" phase of a polygraph examination:
Have you robbed or stolen from friends or family?
Have you intimidated, threatened or bullied others?
Are you open with your feelings?
The other questions would probably relevant.
