My cousin and her husband were both CIA interns as accountants.  She was offered a job, he wasn't.  Both passed poly and background, both were responsible, smart and likeable.  Neither know why she was offered a job and he wasn't.  Most likely it has to do with how many spaces are available in what departments and how many applicants.

I am also interested in more info on CIA interns. What do they do? What things do they look for in potential interns??

also, cappuccino, did you get the internship?

I am an undergraduate interested in applying for the CIA summer undergraduate internship, and I was wondering if anyone has done an internship at the CIA (or NSA or Foreign Service for that matter) and has more information about it.  Statistics on acceptance? Pay? Work duties? Possibility for long-term position? etc?  Also, for those of you who have just been accepted into the company, what do you think is the most important thing to have on your resume?
Any other information would be greatly appreciated?
Thank you very much. :)
