i had my first polygraph a while back and i passed with flying colors- the operator only asked through each set of questions a few times, dissapeared and said i had done beautifully and that they would go ahead and tell me that i had passed.  it was a full scope/lifestyle.
the only reason i wasn't nervous was because of this website- it was like the operator was reading the example scripts from the book about truth and how we can't help but feel guilty, society and parents teach us not to lie, ,etc etc.  The first thing they asked was if i knew anything about polygraphs and i gave a little white lie of - no-.   on my control question (blatent lie which they admitted was just to see my reaction) i actually used cms hardly without thinking about it.  the operator prounounced me a screamer, that my parents had taught me well . . .
thank you antipolygraph.org!
