i have successfully pass phase 1 test back in 2003
and while filling out the fd 140, theres a question about "any members of your family that commited crime"
well, my father was convicted of business fraud or something like that and while out on bail awaiting sentencing, he left the US. this was about 4-5 yrs ago.
will this affect my chance of getting in FBI? Does anybody know?
