Yes. Be sure to practice this technique in the mirror so you can perform it invisibly. In addition to the methods above, thinking exciting thoughts and/or attempting to perform complex arithmetic in your head will also produce the reactions polygraphers associate with deception.

Well I know about the tac in shoe trick, an anal pucker, but do you think that the biting of the tongue can produce a significant countermeasure, since thisis the one I plan on using.
