New Jersey and Minnesota have legislation that does not allow polygraphs for pre-employment purposes, this includes law enforcement jobs in these states. There may be other states,maybe someone else can help you out on here that has more knowledge on the subject.

Just trying to find which police agencies or states do not use the polygraph as a means to hire police officers does anyone know of any such agencies???
