Nice work, so u didnt apply countermeasures on control questions? I used the same technique on relevants too. Except I just pictured a wave gently washing up on a beach:).Yes it seems stupid but it kept me calm throughout the test and it didnt keep my mind focused on the questions.

I kinda applied a countermeasure, stuck w/ one thought throughout all of the questions in my head as the questions were asked and afterwards, being on a warm beach, keep saying warm beach in my head...strange maybe, but it worked.  Yes this was for employment

Had my first and hopefully last polygraph the other day.  IT was a I/R test.  Polygrapher was was straight forward, but friendly.  Test went smooth, I was told as soon as we were done by the polygrapher that he saw no deception on my test and good luck with the rest of the processing.  Thank God it's over
