my brother has just failed his second pre-employment poly (actually , the 1st one came back as inconclusive, so they let him do the 2nd one which he didn't pass). the question that he failed what completely ridiculous ( as it was to be expected). The polygrapher told him to confesswhat it could have been, so he wrote a statement about some minor irrelevant thing ( no drug problem or anything big) that went through his mind when he was answering the question. The polygrapher then said he'll send this to Hq and they'll see if they can accept that confession and in a month he should either be disqualified or offered another poly. What should he do? Does it make sence to wait and see what happens and hope for the 3-rd chance or should he appeal the results? They just finished his background check which they started after the 1st inconclusive poly, and that one should be fine.
Thanks a lot for any suggestions/ advice.
