The relevant federal law is actually the Privacy Act. You'll find tips on filing a Privacy Act request in Chapter 5 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector.

I've read that you can request your poly results/interview notes by the agent, etc. via the Freedom of Information Act. Can someone tell me how to do this? I cant find the info
