They are NOT in a hiring freeze. Its actually the exact opposite.....they have entirely too much money, and they dont know what to do with it.  They are currently taking applications, and giving written tests. One of them being this Saturday. The next after that is April 17th.
I was actually at a party last night with a Capitol Police officer.

Im fully aware that the u.s. capitol police is not hiring alot like they use to. Does anyone know if they are currently in a hiring freeze. Can anyone tell me how many officers do they expect to hire this fiscal year. Hopefully someone here knows something about the capitol police.
