James,

I recommend you postpone your polygraph, download and read The Lie Behind the Lie Detector and study it carefully. Until you acquire a deeper understanding of countermeasures, I recommend you do not attempt them. Please don't take this as an insult, but such things require prudent preparation.

hey everyone, my name is james and im going for my 1st polygraph in 2 days and could use some quick clairification. i am planning on using the tongue biting countermeasure. when do i use it? i have an understanding that i bite my tongue on the control questions and not the irrealivant, but what do i do on the realivant questions? bite, dont bite? any and all help will be greatly appriciated. thanks everyone
