How is it that a polygrapher's (one person's) opinion of you (as a candidate for employment) have enough power to seriously impact your chances to obtain a career in LE? I know this is kind of a retorical question but If anyone would care to respond?

I have also fallen victim to the polygraph..was acused of deception.
