FD,

Yes, the DEA disqualifies applicants based solely on polygraph results, and it is a named defendant in the federal lawsuits being litigated by attorney Mark S. Zaid. See the filings in these cases on the Polygraph Litigation page.

Does anyone have any info about the DEA polygraph procedure? Do they like the FBI and USSS also disqualify applicants soley based on the results of a polygraph?
