FD,

Yes, the DEA disqualifies applicants based solely on polygraph results, and it is a named defendant in the federal lawsuits being litigated by attorney Mark S. Zaid. See the filings in these cases on the Polygraph Litigation page.

Also, it would have been better if you had posted your question in a new message thread rather than as a reply to an unrelated question. To start a new message thread, you need to click on the "new thread" button which you'll find near the top of the message list for each forum.

Does anyone have any info about the DEA polygraph procedure? Do they like the FBI and USSS also disqualify applicants soley based on the results of a polygraph?
