Next week I will be taking a law enforcement pre-employment polygraph for a local agency.  A good friend recently took the test and told me the selected questions he was asked.  Of the questions he was asked I was wondering if you would help in identifying which of the questions were the control/relevant/ or non-relevant questions.  Thanks!

1)  Is your true name XXX XXXX

2)  Do you intend to answer all questions truthfully?

3)  Have you ever committed an act that would be considered cowardly?

4)  Is there anything that would prevent you from being employed by XXX agency.

5)  In the past 12 months have you ever used marijuana?

6)  Other than what you have disclosed, have you ever stolen anything?

7)  Have you ever been involved in the sale or distribution of illegal drugs?

8)  Have you ever been involved in any illegal sex act?
