Ray,

1.  By all accounts Waco has been polygraph happy for a long time.  They even polygraph their firefighters.

2.  I suppose it is possible that he just woke up one morning and decided to become a pedophile.  I guess we'll never know.

Mr. Mystery - Explain to me how polygraph missed this guy.  

A couple of points to consider before you answer that:  1. Are you sure that he was polygraphed (hired 20 years ago)?
2. Do have any facts to indicate that he was involved in child pornography prior to 1986?
