All Concerned,

This is an interesting read, both articles. This judge has argued that polygraph is junk before the NM supreme court to ban its use in New Mexico.  Got to love it when someone of consequece states this view and supports his position. Enjoy the read all. Here is the original article I ran across while at the law library. Same judge trying this case, that is related to the links following.
