I. Have you ever lied about anything important?
II. Other than what you have told me, have you lied about anything before?
III. Do you intend to answer all my questions honestly? (this may have been an SRQ...)
IV. Have you ever stolen anything from your workplace?
V. Have you been completely honest with me today? (might be an RQ or SRQ...)
