I applied for a DOE security police position. I was arrested in 1976 although the question was not on the initial app, nor did they ask about it in the interview, I'm sure it would come up, since it was a misdemeanor it was not on the SF 86 either. My question is,is this a problem or????? I am working for the feds now but we filled out an sf 85 much less extensive I guess, and I do have a clearance but not TS. Anyone that might have some insight, please let me know.
